My Story
For 18 years I have had the honor of working and studying with a diverse array of teachers. My journey has taken me from studying with shamans to apprenticing with midwives. I hold a E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, specializing in Chakra Yoga and teach trainings around the globe in Earth Medicine. I am a dancer and artist. I am a Reiki Master of the direct Makao Usui lineage, teaching level I, II and III. I also have training in acupressure, breath work, reflexology, Quantum Touch, body pulsing, trigger point massage, emotional release technique and sacred plant herboloy. My work is a process of connecting and returning; The art of making the unknown, known. It is the harnessing of a profound innate power and intelligence within and all around us. Through nature's wisdom I have learned how the physical alchemy of our being is affected and woven to this intelligence.
My call is to the dormant power just beneath the surface within each person. A call that illuminates our story and rewrites the chemistry of our bodies. I teach the wisdom of Earth, Air, Water, Fire, Ether and the sacred directions; how to be carried by the whole, dissolve into and out of creation, become both the roots and the sky, create wholeness of the past and future and sink into intuitive buoyancy. Here you find you are both the union and the individual, the unknown and the manifest.
